☆ Qualification (for Application) ☆     The applicant must fulfill the following conditions: (1) Those who have completed 12 years of general education, or any equivalent. (2) Those who have learned "HIRAGANA" and "KATAGANA" of Japanese, and can exchange simple greetings in Japanese. (3) Those who are making this application for the first time. ☆ Applicant's Documents ☆ ・ 10 Photos ( 3cm×4cm, without any background ) taken within 3 months ・ Application for Admission ( prescribed form of ICLC ) ・ Personal History ( prescribed form of ICLC ) ・ Aims to Study Japanese ( prescribed form of ICLC ) ( Notes : The above three forms must be hand-written by the applicant himself. ) ・ Certificate of Graduation and the Diploma from the last school attended ・ Certificate of Occupation if the applicant is working or worked before ・ Certificate of Japanese Studies ( More than 150 hours of studying ) ・ Certificate of Family Register ( or a full copy of family register ) ☆ Financial Guarantor's Documents ☆ ・ Payment Guarantee ( prescribed form of ICLC ) ・ Certificate of the Guarantor's Bank Balance, and a Copy of the Bank Account ・ Certificate of Income ・ Certificate of Occupation ・ a Full Size Copy of the Company's Register ・ Certificate of Relationship with the applicant, which should be an official document certifying the relationship between the applicant and the guarantor. ★ Notes ★ The required documents might be different depending on the applicant's country.
