Student Support

Our teaching staff and administrative team work closely together to support students so they can study and live with peace of mind.
We provide ongoing support not only with academics, but also with daily life and future plans — helping students settle smoothly into life in Japan.

1

Daily Life Guidance

Before enrollment, students receive a guidebook explaining Japan's rules for daily life, visa status, and restrictions on part-time work. After enrollment, an orientation covers everyday manners and the basics of school life. Throughout the school year, we hold monthly group guidance sessions and one-on-one meetings every three months to check in on each student's situation and offer advice or support as needed.

2

Academic Support

If a student is falling behind, their homeroom teacher meets with them one-on-one to identify challenges. Based on that conversation, the teacher assigns extra practice tied to what's being covered in class, checking submitted work to help the material sink in — hands-on support focused on real progress.

3

Medical Support

If a student feels unwell, we help arrange hospital visits and appointments, accompanying them when needed. We also conduct an annual health checkup to look after students' wellbeing.
